We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Faulty or wrong items

If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened earphones and headsets, used screen protectors, or items that have been damaged after delivery.

How to return an item

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your order number.
We will confirm that your item is eligible and arrange collection or drop-off.
Once we receive and check the item, we process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back using the method you paid with, or in cash for cash-on-delivery orders, within 5 business days of us receiving the item. Original delivery fees are refunded only for faulty or wrong items.
